Henri Cartier-Bresson

I woke up thinking of Henri Cartier-Bresson this morning. He has always been one of my all time idols in Photography.

"There is a creative fraction of a second when you are taking a picture. Your eye must see a composition or an expression that life itself offers you, and you must know with intuition when to click the camera. That is the moment the photographer is creative," he said. "Oop! The Moment! Once you miss it, it is gone forever."Bernstein, Adam (August 5, 2004). "The Acknowledged Master of the Moment"The Washington Post. Retrieved May 4, 2010

When I see an image, I know, I must drop everything and take the shot , because if I hesitate, or take the time to even switch lenses the moment will be gone.
